Christmas cards

Good evening all. Here I am again with a couple more of the Christmas cards I have made. On these 2 cards I used a Woodware stamp that had got lost at the back of my drawer with Christmas stamps. I decided to use up some DSP for the front of the card, & then a die ink pad & watercolour the image. Oops - I didn't realise that this photo was so blurry. Again, as frequently happens, I must have had a shaky moment when I took the photo. This one I changed the layout but used the same design idea. Thank you for stopping by, please call again.  Take care & keep safe.

Christmas cards

Hi every one!  How is your weekend going? I have been very busy with writing my Christmas cards over the last week, which in actual fact is early for me to be sending out. So I am pleased with myself.  There are still a few to go out & just close family ones to be sorted. These do not have to be posted so gives me a little more time. I try to remember to photograph all my cards as they are finished, but sometimes, like at Christmas I forget as I am concerned about getting them ready to post. So, I will have made some that I have not shown you. Here are 2 that I made recently which I remembered to photograph. I love this stamp its from Honey-Doo . Have a great weekend! 'Bye for now.

A birthday card

Good evening everyone. This evening I have a clean & simple birthday card to show you - its for my elderly cousin (95!) The photo is a little blurry I must have been  shaky when taking it & only just noticed it. I have been watching a young lady on YouTube called Natasha & the idea of the freehand lines around the image is hers.  Lots of her followers have loved it & there have been lots of photos of cards using this.  So I thought this would be the perfect card for me to try it out. Loved doing it & I think I may make some of my CAS Christmas cards in the same style. I hope you are all well & keeping warm in this cold weather.

Good afternoon everyone.  I don't want to speak too soon but here in my part of North Wales we seem to have missed the early snow, so far. Not sure that will last though. Today, I have some more of my Christmas cards I have been making, to show you. Festive papers & die-cuts for these three. Looking at them in the photo I may add a couple of peel-off holly / snowflake corners.   I think they need a little something just to finish them off. Going to take a rest now for lunch then back into the craft room to create some more cards whilst the creative juices seem to be flowing. Stay warm & safe & thank you for popping in to see what I have been up to.  Happy crafting!
